"My furnace stopped working, I did some research and ordered a new IPI BASO control. I had it shipped two day because I live in Iowa and it was -20 this morning.....I NEED HEAT. A jumper plug that is supposed to be included with the unit was not supplied.....the unit is useless without this jumper plug. After exchanging half a dozen infuriating emails I still could not get the point across. Lawrence at General Supplies denied that the plug was supposed to be in the shipment, after that he said that I ordered the wrong part. Now he tells me that he will request a return.....none of which helps me, I am sitting here watching my pipes freeze in temps below zero. I made two phone calls, neither of which were answered.....so I left polite messages. They never returned my calls, instead they emailed again. The problem has not been resolved. I advise very strongly to ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!! BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE WORTHLESS.
