"Very horrible company. The xbox 360 replacement driver i ordered said nothing about being broken, inoperable, or even refurbished.
The product i received had rust on the poorly re-soldered logic board, rust on the tray, rust on the power connector, dirt everywhere, the case was dinged up and marked w/ silver sharpie, and the warranty sticker had already been broken. Customers beware of this horrid company."

"We placed an order to The Gamers Fix and it took approximately two weeks to recieve it. The part did not work so we returned it for a full refund on December 1, 2011 (they recieved it by 12/6/11) and we have had only one conversation with a person there and since then no one has returned our calls or let us know about our refund. For a 16 year old boy that worked very hard for the money to buy a replacement part for his PS3 and then getting no return calls from the company is ridiculous.
I am certainly hoping SOMEONE will return our call soon. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day I call....all I get is a recording.

FYI: As of 12/15/2011 Gamers Fix did complete the refund we had originally asked for. We are going to put this down to lack of good communication. At this time, I would do business with this company again."
