"I have been patient, I was waiting for my drive to come in before I posted my remarks, but I am now convinced that my drive is not coming, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a part a verified Laser and when I received it it was doa, verified means it was supposed to be checked that it was functioning, I emailed and Danielle responded telling me to return the mechandise I did following her instruction, I sent it next day air, she received it the next day after it was shipped,she received it on the 11th of June and supposedly mailed out the new drive on the 17th of june usps. It is now the 30th of june, my original transaction was made on the 31 of May, guess what still no verified drive, I have spent over 150 dollars now with the shipping and drive included, I see that there are plenty of you who are astounded at their products obviously you have never had to deal with their customer service. I have contacted the post office who have told me that they cannot find the package and I contacted Danielle to tell her this, she replied please check the shipping label.
