"This has been the worst experience i have ever had with any company in my life, and i have to deal with comcast. I purchases a replacement bluray drive for a PS3 and the package was never delivered, USPS said my company name was not on the label and returned it back to Gadget Resurrection Center. I check my order detail and i did write my company name in, so either USPS screwed up or Gadget Resurrection didnt put it on the label. I emailed them several times and called and only after i threatened to call the BBB did anyone talk to me. Well i placed my order on November 30 and it is now December 19th and i have received no refund yet and it has been terrible to talk to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company that has the worst customer service out of any company i have ever dealt with."

"I ordered the laser and deck for my 40g PS3. They sent emails to let me know when my item was being shipped and with a tracking number. For free standard shipping it was extremely fast and didnt expect a tracking number but I got one!!. It came with NO issues!! very well packaged, installed into PS3 and my PS3 was back reading discs and playing my blu-ray movies! VERY VERY PLEASED with this company, will work with again and will reccommend to others. They are very professional and the best price for this item!"

"My entire experience with this company was a nightmare. I originally ordered a KES-400A laser assembly to repair my PS3 on September 17 2010. I received the laser a few days later, but it was DOA as in faulty. It happens, right? The fact that it was DOA didn't bother me that much, but the remainder of my ordeal in trying to get a working one is quite possibly the worst experience Ive had swapping an item out anywhere. I called the number and was able to speak to a rep after three or four calls, who informed me to sent it back to them with a copy of the invoice and write on it that it was DOA and I want a replacement. I sent the laser via insured mail with delivery confirmation, and it arrived on a Monday morning to the company. After an entire week of waiting for my replacement, I called back. The rep (Danielle) said she did not receive my package yet. I informed her that it was sent a week ago, but she insisted she didnt have it. When I informed her that I had a tracking number that stated it was delivered a week ago that day, she asked me to describe the package I sent it in, at which point she apparently found it. Wow. She stated she would get the return in the mail as soon as she could. It gets worse. Another week goes by, no laser. The tracking number she sent me, still stated that the USPS had not yet received my package for shipment (IE: the label had been printed, but nothing shipped). I email the owner of the company, and call back, at which point they apologize, and give me a $5 refund (roughly 10% of my purchase) and promptly get another laser sent out. The tracking number on this one shows that this time they actually sent the laser, and it arrives a few days later. It gets worse. The laser they sent me is the wrong model, a dual lens 450 model, when my original order was a 400. I call back, pretty mad. This time, Danielle doesn't offer an apology, just states that she will personally pack and ship a new one, and to send the wrong one back. I complain about the whole process, to which the rep has no response. I told them that the $5 refund I was given doesn't even cover the cost of me to return TWO lasers to them insured and tracked, to which they respond that they will reimburse me (hasnt happened). I get the RIGHT one a few days later, just two days short of a month after my original order.
These guys may be one of the cheapest places to get some parts, but I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from them, as the money I saved wasn't worth the trouble. I really tried to be understanding, and didnt want to have to write a novel of a bad review, but I think its important to warn others. I never write reviews, but I made an exception for this company.

"I ordered a replacement PS3 power supply from them. Everything went smoothly, but what shocked me was the delivery time (especially for being free). I had it a few days after I had ordered it. While it didn't fix my problem 100%, it did get me power back. If you need any parts for any consoles I would highly recommend this site, and I will be back to buy any further parts I need."

"I have placed 11 orders with The Gamer's Fix. Each order has shipped promptly and included the products I expected. In the rare event that I have received a defective product, they have replaced the product without problems. As they say on their site, email communication is always responded to within 48 hours. Their prices are very good as well. On the one occasion that they ran out of a product, it was restocked again the following day. I'm really impressed with this little company, and plan on placing a lot more orders with them in the future."

"I ordered a KES 400AAA from 2 other vendors through July, both sent DOA defective parts. I finally found this vendor based in Florida and received PERFECT SERVICE! The order was sent out the same day and received quickly, I installed and it has worked since. I had tracking # issues, where the package was shown as not yet sent, and this merchant followed up in person, even checking afterward for overall satisfaction. I must say this is the REAL DEAL for this difficult-to-find part that is essential for fixing your very common PS3 laser issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."
