"Purchased 2 machines now, still waiting on the 2nd one to ship. My only complaint thus far is how long it takes for them to ship these items. The only explanation I received is that they are "building" the machine...in reality they are only installing a wireless card (that should come with it anyways) and a new battery. This really shouldn't take more than a few days. I am happy with the first computer and recommend them but NOT if you are looking for expedited answers or product delivery. "Awful, Awful, Awful. I do NOT recommend them AT ALL. I bought a computer through Daniel (The Representative I spoke to) - he was very good at explaning and assisting with what to add to the computer, but continuously throughout our conversation placed me on hold, Multiple times, even in the middle of a sentence. Then, I received my computer, turned it on and IT DID NOT WORK. I called Daniel, again, placing me on hold multiple times before I could finish my sentence and reason for calling, and he told me "Oh, thats not good, let me get something out to you to send it back." (and then HUNG UP!). Therefore thinking I was getting something in the mail, right?! WRONG! Apparently, they dont send you anything. I called again three weeks later, because I was still waiting, you have to get a Code to send it back. Fine. HOWEVER, there is a 30 day warranty, and if not back within 30 days, they give store credit! THEN THE GUY HUNG UP ON ME When I told him I was not told that! NO WAY. So, now, I got the code to place on the box to send it back, and who pays for shipping of THEIR defective computer?! ME. I do not trust them, their customer service was terrible!! I can not believe how they handled my called, took NO time to listen to my concerns, and now I have to pay MORE to ship it back?! Not a happy customer!!!"
