"I had the WORST experience with this company. They did not ship out the product I order more than 2weeks ago. They charged my credit card on the day I placed an order. I kept sending emails to customer service for the shipping confirmation e-mail but they NEVER reply to me. They refuse to send UPS tracking number. (Because they never sent it anyway!!)
Today after more than 2weeks, finally I was able to talk to a live customer service rep, and she told me that order was cancelled!! with very very rude attitude.
