"I had the WORST experience with this company. They did not ship out the product I order more than 2weeks ago. They charged my credit card on the day I placed an order. I kept sending emails to customer service for the shipping confirmation e-mail but they NEVER reply to me. They refuse to send UPS tracking number. (Because they never sent it anyway!!)
Today after more than 2weeks, finally I was able to talk to a live customer service rep, and she told me that order was cancelled!! with very very rude attitude.
Be very careful with this company.
Don't waist your money and time!!
There is a better vacuum company anywhere !! No wonder other people give only one star!! This company don't even deserve one!!"
