"Customer Service poor, and snarky. Many emails back and forth with them saying my order of a $300 Miele stick vacuum wasn't really a vacuum and therefore didn't qualify for the free overnight shipping promised on ALL vacuums on the website. Very frustrating experience. Eventually did receive the vacuum "overnight" -- 5 days after I ordered it."
