"I saw the bed on Three Birds Renovations and loved it, ordered through a design house. Within a month the bed was falling apart at the joints on either side as the wood and metal were failing to hold with the piece of plastic they provided. So a $3000 bed is useless to us. They refused to replace just sent new parts and its exactly the same. The plastic will last a month. This is after we ordered the bed in January and waited until July and they sent the wrong size bed head for the base. "

"Trying to deal with Gallery Direct is impossible. Believe nothing written on their site. It is a SCAM! They took my order and my money. I have nothing. I lost over $300.00 to this scam. First picture I ordered all went well. Then ordered 2 more pictures August 10 2018. It is now Feb 25 2019. Six and one half months later. They have my money I have nothing. Sent my last email about two weeks ago and their response was "Be patient". Have requested a refund for months. They have made it quite clear that is not going to happen!

"As a retailer of Gallery direct I’m extremely disappointed with their ignorance in relation to their faulty goods. They categorically refused to repair or replace faulty goods returned by our customers so I ended up replacing them at my own expense. My advice to all retailers: if distributors support is not there, don’t touch it. "

They failed to disclose in the description that dimensions stated are for the image, not the paining overall. $30 shipping each way, $30 restocking fee and I will be returning my order for no refund. They've asked for photos, but NO ONE is responding to 2 emails now about returning my order and it's been 2 days. Am I out $300?? Seems very shady. No one answers the phone, but the chat people are nice but push you off to emails. NOT HAPPY.
They have some gorgeous artwork that I can't find anywhere else, so I ordered 2 new options. Fingers crossed they look good and show up on time. Hope I get my money back on the first order and have a good experience with the other...wish me luck!"

"Gallery Direct does not meet its time commitments and does not communicate adequately about order status. They made several promises about when my order would ship and failed to meet them, but did not bother to communicate. My credit card has been charged so my recourse is limited. They sent me two emails asking me to review my Experience on the date my order was supposed to arrive. But a week later I still haven’t received anything — not the order Nd not a communication advising or delay or otherwise explaining. This is the SECOND bad experience I’ve had. On the first, they bungled the order itself, proposed a really stupid solution and only came around after much effort on my part. It was not a costly or complicated solution. It just required a moments thought.
The products are nice, but the service is not up to par and I will think twice (or more) before ordering again."

"We are so happy with the quality and price of our canvas print! We selected a Van Gogh print for our bedroom and the colors turned out beautifully. The canvas was also packaged very well. Everything was great and the piece arrived in the 8-10 business day time frame. My only feedback is that I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number for the canvas, so I had no idea it was coming until it arrived. It wasn't very expensive, but was still a few hundred dollars so I would have liked to have had a tracking number/shipping details to know when to expect it. Regardless of that, I'm very pleased with Gallery Direct overall. My canvas was great quality and we received it on time. I would definitely purchase again through this website. "
