Service is bad
"Gallery Direct does not meet its time commitments and does not communicate adequately about order status. They made several promises about when my order would ship and failed to meet them, but did not bother to communicate. My credit card has been charged so my recourse is limited. They sent me two emails asking me to review my Experience on the date my order was supposed to arrive. But a week later I still haven’t received anything — not the order Nd not a communication advising or delay or otherwise explaining. This is the SECOND bad experience I’ve had. On the first, they bungled the order itself, proposed a really stupid solution and only came around after much effort on my part. It was not a costly or complicated solution. It just required a moments thought. The products are nice, but the service is not up to par and I will think twice (or more) before ordering again."
