"This vendor is way worse than horrible! Ordered an 86" LG TV on 6/17/2020 and I still did not receive the item (it's now 7/16/2020).
They promised to ship within 5~7 business days, 4 weeks have passed, and tracking details got stuck in "Order Pick Up".
No updates, no e-mail response, terrible customer support. So horrible enough to make me think they're scammers.
I requested to cancel my order and get my money back since their shipper couldn't find the TV after 4 weeks of waiting.

"Ordering online can be scary and as I waited for my TV, I fell into the trap of reading horrible reviews (and second guessing my decision) but anyways, I ordered my 86" TV from Rakuten (sold by Game Liquidators). I placed the order on 9/17. I got an email a coupl days later that it was picked up. I got a automated call on 9/25 that my TV would be delivered 9/26 between 6:30AM-10:30AM. I woke up, got ready for work, missed 2 calls from the driver who was outside at 7AM. They unloaded the TV, brought it in the house, unboxed it, plugged it in, I confirmed it didn't have have dim LEDs/dead Pixels, and we took photos of it. I signed the 2 waivers and 15 minutes later they were gone. Honestly, awesome job!
I get it, people want to lash out when they get bad service and rarely write about the times people did a great job. In this case, they exceeded my expectations. Although I had zero choice on who delivered my TV. I see people gave bad reviews. People, realize that once the TV is picked up, its our of the resellers hands. If you don't feel comfortable having your product shipped (and possibly delayed as its moves through distribution warehouses), then I would recommend you pony up and sped the money to pick up the item yourself at a local big box store. Rarely do the stars align and nothing goes wrong, in my case. It was awesome! "

But, to my surprise and wonderment and, at their expense, my request for a replacement receiver resulted in their shipping me a brand new piece but, did so with OVERNIGHT shipping and refused to allow me to reimburse them for the extra cost. This seller that I am referring to is GAMELIQUIDATION(S)/ebay. I want to warn others about this Seller of the following things; (1) Sellers site is NOT user friendly. He places shipping fee at the very bottom of a very very long list. And (a)if you happen upon a good 'deal' from this seller in the last 2 minutes and you can't find the shipping fee, you will be directed to a link BEFORE you get to the middle of the page. And, if you're like me, you'll thing that it will be on the next page to come up. WRONG!
You will be directed to a number of other pages that are all linked to PayPal. Then, finally, there it is. And what a shock you will get to. You will find out that the Seller gives you no option to reduce shipping or withdraw Insurance fee.
By the time you see this, you will thank God that you did not "Bid" as I did. I bought a god of war2 skin for my ps2 and paid $0.99. At first I hesitated to make the bid, but reasoned that an item that weighs LESS than a pound could not possibly cost more than $5.00. But I got a rude awakening. This is my grievance with them. I hope that you are wise and take heed tbefore you do business with them.
NOTE:
When I received item it was defective and when I called their Customer Service, asking what they're going to do about it, I was told:"I will have to talk to my Manager, and will call you back within 24 hours!"
Note:
I received an email notice stating that my item had been shipped Two (2) days before the stamp that the Carrieer places on the pkg. revealed.
Just think about it, you do business with a large distributor such as Gameliquidations, and you have to wait 24 hrs before they can tell you what actions can be taken before they actually take them. On top of that, they falsefy shipping reports to make you think they actually ship faster than they do.
What kind of company does this? A scandelous company, in my opinion.
