"Ordered two items - website said both were in stock. Received an email that one was unavailable. Agreed to let them ship one item and remove the other item from the invoice. Wehn it was billed to my card, the full amount showed up. I emailed and was assured that I would be refunded. Two weeks later I am still waiting on my refund. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER> BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!"

"As I write this it has been 10 days since I ordered my item (the Colossal Red Dragon). After multiple emails back and forth, including one where I was told that their spreadsheet shows it as shipped, I finally get an email today saying that they are out of stock but they have more now and it will ship shortly. I originally specified the UPS 3 day select shipping and placed my order at around 2pm on Tues. 9/18/07.

I've sent plenty of emails expressing my concern but I was always polite. I read the reviews of this site AFTER I placed my order... my mistake. I can't believe all of the good reviews Gameoutfitter had prior to this year. I have to wonder what changed because everything for the last year has been largely negative. I've never heard of a rating of less than 1 out of 10.

All I can say is what everyone else has said already: Poor customer service, untrustworthy information, oh, and I NEVER received a tracking number (yet). I will cancel my order next week if I don't receive a tracking number and will expect a full refund.

"Worst internet provider! As you can tell from all the other reviews, that I should have looked at before I bought! I searched for a place to let people know how bad they are 1 month later they told me it was out of stock. Said they shipped but trcking number does not show that at all only that they paid!!!! If you want to be frustrated buy from them. I am in talks to get my payment back."

"I ordered 3-day select shipping, so I expected the product to arrive within a week, max. It has been 10 days, still no game... The tracking says it is due 14 days from the day I ordered it- if I had not needed it quickly, I would not have paid extra for fast shipment. I will never use this company again, if they cannot make good on their promises."

"Very poor service. Site said my item was "in stock" and would ship promptly. I only received information otherwise a week later after I myself inquired. Said they were "sorry" and hoped to ship within a week. Over a week later, I asked again, and they said it would take yet another week. I finally canceled my order was not charged for the item."

"Horrible experience. Their communication is a nightmare! I would NEVER order from them again. Love the games but not worth the STRESS of dealing with their company.
Didn't get a complete shipment, there was no invoice in the box to explain. I asked in many emails where the other games where and they kept avoiding the question! BUT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE TOTAL ORDER WITH THE FIRST PARTIAL SHIPMENT. I finally got the phone number from my credit card company (because it was impossible to locate anywhere else) and could get no response to my call!

"Avoid gameoutfitter.com. I had a terrible experience on my recent order.
1) They did not ship in the promised 1-3 days.
2) When they did ship one week late, they only sent one of the two items I ordered.
3) There was no packing slip or other documentation in the box. No explanation of the missing item.
4) They do not answer their phone.
5) They did not respond when I left voice messages requesting callback.
6) Customer service is very slow to respond to email messages.
7) They made up stories about the shipment status of the missing item, gave me false information about scheduled UPS delivery dates, and gave me an incorrect tracking number for the missing item, blamed it on "the shipper".
8) Ultimately, they admitted the item was out of stock and never shipped.
9) They did not respond when I requested a refund of price and shipping for the missing item.

This has not been resolved! Avoid gameoutfitter.com.

"This is the WORST online store you could buy from....I placed an order for 2 monopoly games on 12/6/06 for xmas gifts. After about a wk with no notification IF or When it was shipping. I called and left a message, because they don't answer their phones--with no response. So I emailed them...again with no response..I wasn't sure if this co was even a legit co. or if I got ripped off...Well in the end...I got ripped off. Not one time did anyone call me and until just recently I hadn't gotten an email either. They said they delivered it to me on 12/22/06. Well I NEVER received these games...but paid $60+ for NOTHING.. I would NOT suggested buying anything from this company, because they sure take your money without delivering product....I don't believe they are legit and not helpful at all. Not even sure if there is a real person at the other end."

"i ordered from GAmeoutfitters on 11/26 they said order would be shipped in 1-3 days. I never got tracking number via email. I wrote customer service, it took them two days to get back to me and basically, three weeks after placing the order I get an email saying the order will be shipped in 1-3 days. What the.....????? I would not do business with them"

"The Miniture cases ordered always arrived quickly. I have placed many orders with game outfitter for D&D miniture cases. I have had good experiences with Game Outfitter and the only time I received an order with a damaged box was when I ordered 3 red dragons and the one that was shipped in the case by itself (the dragons were 2 per case), the box for the red dragon was damaged. I don't know if it was carelessness by the person who shipped the case or if it happend at the factory. But I didn't bother telling them because I didn't want to go through the trouble of shipping it back to them. So I don't honestly know how they would have responded. "

"Tried to order a boardgame from this site, got several web server errors. Mailed the support, asking why and if the game is in stock. Got reply in two days, no error explanation but the game is "in stock". Ordered. After 3 business days passed, asked why I did not receive shipping info. Got a reply "we sold out of this product just prior to your shipment" - and order has been cancelled. Apparently they would not bother to inform me about this if I did not check the order status. Avoid this store."
