After I contacted Game Outfitters they did refund the extra shipping charge but I would have prefered the opportunity to contact them by phone rather than by e-mail. I had a similar problem with my first order because after placing the order I decided that I would have prefered a larger set than the one I purchased but could not contact anyone in time to change my order.
