"It was a pleasure doing buisness with Gameve! I had a problem with my video card that I ordered and after viewing other people that had to RMA a product I was worried, some horror stories. But I'm glad to say that my RMA went smooth, the lady that I spoke to on the phone, was very friendly and helped me out with my RMA, very pleasent voice. My new Video card arrived today, no problems with it at all, runs great. I am looking foward to doing buisness very soon with Gameve.

"I placed an order on 12/15/04 for a motherboard, cpu, and a fan, the order didn't ship till 12/22/04, luckly fedex was fast and got it to me the next day and when i opened up the motherboard box i found that the $105 i paid for a new motherboard, i got a dusty used board, well i didn't want to have to rma it and wait longer, so i tested it to see if it was good, it booted up and i installed windows, but then i found that all the pci slots were dead and the onboard sound didn't work, so i packed it back up and thats when i found out why those thing didn't work, there were 4 stickers on the bottom of the board marking where traces and been damaged, so i got rma for a refund and shipped it back on 12/27/04, fedex tracking shows it got back to them on 12/29/04, but thier website didn't list it received till 12/31/04, it is now 1/7/05 and nothing more has happened, i emailed them but they havn't replyed. i will NEVER use gameve agine, i'll stick with newegg from now on"
