Worst part is they sent me wrong video card and are going to charge me shipping and restocking fee to return it! sight clearly states it was 9550 with 128 bit memory interface but the card shipped to me was the SE version, which of course only has 64 bit memory interface... never buying from them again."

I would have paid more locally if I had boughten it in a B&M shop (but also probably would have a better return policy.) I already have my fedex # and am looking forward to using my card in 2 days. Just an update: I did receive my video card, as advertised, with no regrets. It's a great piece of hardware and arrived on time, in perfect condition. This card is far more stable than my prevoius one, a BFG 6800 GT OC.

"Ordered on 10/1/04, card charged on 10/01/04, website said product in stock. After receiving no emails as to status of order I had to call. It took several calls to get a live person. I finally spoke with a gentleman who informed me that the item was back ordered. He offered to cancel my order which I did. After cancelling order it was immediately updated on their website and I also received an email saying it had been cancelled. Now I just hope they remember to credit my card for the charges. My main complaints are that 1) the website said in stock and usually ships in 1-2 days. Which obviously was not correct or at least not updated. 2)No email or an update on order status page of website explaining the back order. 3)finally, and probably worst of all, charging my card for an item that was out of stock. Most companies won't charge card until item ships. If they would have at least communicated with me the status of my order I probably would not have cancelled. Sorry things didn't work out.

Update to above. They promptly credited my card just like they said they would. Thank you for following through on your promise. Again, sorry things didn't work out, but I will probably try again sometime. "
