"This order was an RMA, (number 80002346,) for a motherboard I had recently purchased. The MB was shipped back and recieved by your warehouse on 9/7/04... (reference the RMA Number for the reasons.) On the 13th of the same month, after having not recieved any updates, (via the website or email,) I called Customer Support. I was then informed that the MB I was exchanging was on backorder, (despite being shown as "in stock" on the website.) I was then informed that a shipment would arrive on 9/28/04, (a full 2 weeks after the return was recieved, 3 weeks after the MB left my posession...) Again, on 9/30/04, after no updates, I called Customer Support. The operator noticed that my order STILL had not been shipped, (unfortunately I cannot remember her name, my thanks go out to her though.) she left promising to find out what was going on and to try and get my order shipped. It was, (just recieved the verification email.) My RMA status has still not been updated...

in the meantime a brand new AMD Athalon XP 3200+, 1GB of Corsair PC3200 TWINX RAM, BFG Tech GeForce 6800GT, and all the other odds and ends of a kick ass computer have sat and collected dust...

"Ordered a BFG Geforce 6800 GT, everything went great. They had a great price for the card as well. The only thing I can say bad about the company is: I had to call to check up on the progress of the order, and everyone I spoke to used broken english. Maybe I just had bad luck with the people I got on the phone. Anyway, I would order from them again."

"Rating is on filling orders and timely delivery for shipment paid for. On Friday , Sept.24,2004 i placed my order for second day fee and an additonal rush fee . My order was not shipped until the following Tuesday , Sept.28,2004 .
I would expect shipment on Monday and delivery on no later than Wednesday for Two_Day Service.
I wonder if they did this to me because i am a REPUBLICAN .

"Order process went smooth. The seem to be vigilant about credit card fraud by refusing to ship to address other than billing address (alternate shipping address); kudos for that. I received an e-mail from them requesting that I call so that they may change my shipping address to my billing address. Problem is, a week later, I received a similar e-mail, almost as though the first one didn't count (delayed process by whole week). I'm sure it was just a glitch. Order is on it's way and I'm thankful for that. Out of 10, I'd rate this company 8.7."

"Purchased a mother board from Gaveve, when installed found to be defective. My Son emailed & called about replacing the item, he was told to return the board asap & insure it because they were advance shipping the new board. After 4 days he received the new board, it worksd fine. I then called numerous times to find out about getting credit back for the $15 I spent on shipping. After th 6th call I finally was told they will not credit the $15 its on me because my Son did'nt ask for a return label. I believe he should have been told they would provide return postage. I will never shop at Gameve.com and will spread this info to others. "

"Decent selection and prices, but I am a little unhappy about the customer service and shipping.

I ordered an item that had free shipping, but needed it sooner so I paid extra for 2nd day. I called the company and a guy tells me that it takes 3 days to process my order (unless I would have paid another $3~4 for "express processing"). So why pay EXTRA to have something 2nd day air and get it 5 days later? Then the guy tells me it's my fault and I should have paid for the "express processing" and used the free 3 days select shipping (then I would have saved money and already had the product on the way)... this is logical, but makes NO sense from a consumer perspective. Based on that same theory I could order a part & pay a large amount for 'overnight' delivery, but then receive it 4 days later... that doesn't sound like overnight to me!?! I'm surprised they don't have options to put more money in all internal departments pocket just to have something ship in a reasonable time (IE: pay $2 for "express warehouse processing"; pay $4 for "express quality processing"; pay $1 for "express billing processing"; etc) Charging extra for service functions that should already be in place!

I was told that the product would ship today; and based on it arriving 'at least' before the weekend as well as in tact (working), I may change this response; but as of now, I am a bit unhappy.

Later I got an email sayting my part was on back order (I was promissed it was in stock), I called and we agreed on a similar part from another manufacturer (had to pay an extra $10).

Yesterday I get the package in the mail and it was the WRONG PART!!! Jimmeny-Chirstmas, what do I have to do to get service and the proper part.

This has been rewrittin since 'gameve' responded bellow, and I am STILL unhappy!!!
