"I bought a Albatron mother board and a amd 64 3200+ chip combo,they told me it was complete also there ad on pricewatch tells you it comes with fan and heat sink, I ordered it and they could not tell me what kind of memory the board took,also the ad they have up on they're web site tells says you will get a free AMD64 tee shirt with a purchase of a 64 chip which I did not all that came was a junk View Sonic key chain !!
Now when my board and chip arrived (which I paid $ 31.00 more for 2nd day shipping and 3.99 for rush in plant shipping, it did not come with a fan or a heat sink !! so how do you use it?? I called and called for 3 hours the phone system they have sucks !!! always busy or no one will answer!! When I did get a live person,I had to argue with them about the fan and heat sink,and then they would only send it UPS ground they are in Calf. and im in Conn.I told them they messed up not me and I paid for 2nd day air, what do i do with out a fan and heat sink, after a big fight they agreed to send it 2nd day air,but they did not know when it would go out !! it was on a wed.so if it did not go out that day I would not get it till mon or tue of the next week, I think the service was bad and the tech support is real bad, I will never buy from them again !!!!"

Only automated response to email inquiry saying item was shipped, but never given a tracking number (shipping method supposedly FedEx Saver)."

But it took them 16 days to get the order to me. Thats more than two weeks. Thats too long. They were slow and offered nothing for the inconvenience. I brought a Radeon 9800 pro from gameve.com in August of 2003. Card worked fine for about 4 months till fan on card broke. No problem I say I can just RMA it back to gameve.com which I did. I call them and get the usually RMA # and send them the card on January 5th. To make a long story short after many phone calls and promises of having my card back to me in “a few days” I got my card back on February 6th a full month after I sent them my card for a RMA. And that’s NOT ALL the card I got back DID NOT WORK!!!!!!!!!! I’m fully pissed off at this crap ass company. They made me wait a full month for a card that’s even more broken then the card I sent them. These guys are clowns if you want a real online retailer don’t do business with them, shop newegg.com. I eventually just sent in my card to the manufacturer which sent me a working card in a week.
