"Placed this order on 04/16, card charged, order sent to warehous. Call today, 04/20 to find out the status as the order status page on the website is not updated at all. Got someone on the phone who said he was not sure they even HAVE the motherboard I ordered and was charged for and would send me an email and hung up very quickly. Website says item in stock, card has been charged. I've yet to receive any correspondence about my order. I'm not very satisfied at the lack of communication and my confidence in this seller is not great now. I am a first-time buyer. There are at least 5 other places who have this same item for the same price; perhaps I should have gone with them. Customer service and communication is everything.

Yesterday, I again called about this order after NOT receiving the email I had been promised. This time I was told it was in stock and would be shipped that day. Well, guess what --- today, I check the order status as I am feeling uneasy about the whole transaction, and I get the same exact thing, that they did not know if they had it, blah blah and they would send me a mail...When I confronted them about being told it was in stock and was shipping yesterday, he hung up on me. I then received a mail saying my order had been cancelled because "the manufacturer discontinued it." I contacted the manufacturer and they still have the part. ANOTHER lie on gameve's part. As I stated, they have already charged my card and now I'm getting this BS.
