"Just ordered an EVGA Geforce FX 5900SE. It looked like I'd receive a free promo item (t-shirt) for putting in the coupon code with my order, which I did. I'm not sure if rating GameVE on both pricewatch and resellerratings is necessary to receive the free item. I do like the idea that they are concerned about their ratings on these two sites.

"Great price. Bought an OEM video card. Ordered Sunday, they didn't ship until Wednesday, but told me over the phone it was because they just got a new shipment late Tuesday. I got it 3 days later, and they sent me the retail version (and a promo t-shirt from the manufacturer). I can't complain. "Got a video card from them. Did not work. RMAed and got a new one, still not working. Contact the manufacture's tech support, and they accept that there is a problem in the card. I called gameve.com but they said no matter what they have to charge me 15% restocking fee. I tried to argue with them but the customer service department ask me to call the RMA department, which seems never available. They are pretty rude and I will never do bussinuss with they again.
