"After I sent my video card back, they haven't given me an update since January 16th. They won't respond to any emails.
And they won't give me my full refund due to the fact they can't get my item back in stock due to the fact that it is indeed OUT OF PRODUCTION. Yet the little rats continue to scurry about doing nothing.
I have sent over 5 emails and the only one I got a response to was the first one. Nevertheless it was a auto-mated one I should've gotten in the first place when I place my RMA. But apparently they...forgot?
I am just an average computer builder. I build lots of machines. This was supposed to be for a cheap gaming system. (Original order was a GeforeFX 5900NU, Non-XT) It was a cheap price so I tried them. I guess I choose wrong. I guess I'll deal with Newegg and Newegg only. Besides I've only done over 6,000 grand for them.
I have never been more dissatified with a reseller in my life. :(
I now just want my money back now. I am pending a reply to my current "Refund e-mail" as of the 12th of February."

"I ordered a MB, CPU, HDs and video card from Gameve.com on the evening of Dec 1st. On Thursday, I went to the website to check the status of my order. This when I found out my order has not been handle since Tuesday. Never mind that I payed extra for 2nd air, with the intention of putting it together over the weekend.
So, I called customer support with concern. Customer support told me that they could not send my order, because two items were out of stock. In these two days, they could not send me an email telling me of the situation! While I was on the phone with the customer support, I was on the website seeing the availability of my out of stock items. Guess what, they were stock and would be shipped in 1-2 days. I got the manager and that solved nothing, but a late delivery."
