"Very, very, very dissatisfied with the fact that GameVE would not ship to my alternate shipping address. The billing address and shipping address were listed with American Express. This reluctance cost me an additional $100 in shipping and an additional week to have my order (7 boxes containing 7 speaker systems) re-shipped. If it weren't for the fact that GameVE was the only Internet vendor (besides the manufacturer) carrying the new systems, I would have taken my business elsewhere."

"The prices are not the cheapest around, but you cannot beat the free shipping on almost everything in the store.
This was my fourth purchase from the website and have had no problems using it or finding what I needed. Their new search system has a few bugs in it, but if you're clever enough you can narrow your search enough to find exactly what you need.
They have a $3.99 Rush Order service which expedites the processing of your order. I have never paid for this, and would not suggest that anyone do. I've never had an order take more than 2 days to process and it usually only takes 3 days (with standard ground) to arrive. (From California to Louisiana.)

"Ya know...gameve has never gone above 8 on the reseller ratings. Mr. Lawrence keeps responding to certain letters but month after month the same complaints keep coming up.

Mr. Lawrence, my advice to you is to fire anybody who answers your phones for you unless they speak perfect english and have at least a basic knowledge of what they are doing.

As for myself, I wouldn't care what happens. After my two month nightmare with ordering one of your video cards I really wouldn't care if you fell off the face of the earth.

And to anybody who has a clue, buying from this company is a total waste of your time and money.

Read between the lines people. Don't give your hard earned money and time away. They're not worth it.

"I ordered some memory from this company. Some very expensive geil memory :-). It's a week later after they charged my credit card and still no shipping number. I have tried calling the 800 number all day and no answer. I am going to cancel the order and contact my bank for stop payment. I would not recommend this company. They don't have there sh*t together at all."

"Gameve is really good . they have some better prices than the over hyped but also good NewEGG

i ordered 3 times from them with a money order though ,it takes about a week for your product like that since it must be proccesed .

comes with free fedx and it packed really good .
but good RMA and money back for 30days .
i will order from this site again . even if theres a nother product for cheaper from some were else i will order from gameve because im so use to them!

"This place is a rip-off. I ordered a video card and RAM from them on 11/17. Called on 11/19 to check up on my order and they told me both parts were back-ordered and wouldn't be in until next week. Then I received an email later that day that my order was shipped. A little weird, but I figured they must have gotten some in after I talked to them.

Picked the package up from Fedex late Friday night. It was all USED! The quality seal on the video card was already cut open, the manuals were a little worn and the CD folders were crumpled.

The memory case was in an unsealed plastic bag and has tiny scuffs on the casing and is missing the decals that come in the retail packaging. I plugged the memory in and ran a memtest and it failed consistently, obviously these were just repackaged returns.

I looked up their rating on here and decided not to take chances getting replacement memory and go for a refund instead. Called them up Monday and they accused me of lying about it! "If it was really used, you would have called us sooner instead of waiting until now" even though they're not open on the weekend!!! Then they tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee and eventually just an 8% restocking fee.

I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company now and filing a BBB complaint. Be sure to check out a company's BBB report before you make a purchase. When I called the BBB, GameVE had 13 out of 23 complaints that were not resolved satisfactorily or ignored. Check their report at http://search.bbb.org/search.html for yourself, if you wish.

"I don't know how long this company has been in existance, but they don't meet my level of expectations. First, I ordered a Enermax Power Supply which did get shipped in a timely manner and for free as adversised, but they sent the wrong one. So I called them and they said they will do a cross-ship, meaning they'll ship out the correct unit and I'll ship back the wrong unit. But, the correct unit did not arrive and instead, the return shipping label for the wrong unit which I sent back. I then sent them an e-mail asking when the correct unit would be sent. Thirteen days later they respond informing me that the unit I ordered is on back order.

I had also placed another order with them (I'm a slow learner) for a different Enermax Power Supply and as of this writing which is ten days after I placed the order, the status is "Order charged/Sent to warehouse." Yes it's been ten days since I ordered, and seven days ago they charged my credit card and the order is still in the warehouse! Do you get the picture here?

"Awesome price, got here within 2 days of things being sorted out.
My billing address on my credit card hadn't been changed, most resellers didn't notice, but GameVE did. I promptly changed it, e-mailed gameve, and they were able to ship out the product that same day.
It arrived in excellent condition in two shipping boxes (case and accessories). Very happy with the service and support.
