"I want to express how impressed I am with the Garage Organization. I received the cabinets in four days from the initial order on a Sunday and they are all put together and installed. The customer service was excellent. The delivery flawless and way ahead of schedule. I will certainly recommend them to others."

"worst company ever
do not do business with this company

I payed through paypal almost $300 for a toolbox on Dec 6th
no email, no item sent no one to talk to - AT ALL - never received the item for christmas - never received the item at all - January 2nd and still have had no contact with them at all.
i have been calling for almost 2 weeks - the only people i get are their answering service that can only take a message - i am still waiting to hear from them -

they basically stole my money and sent me nothing in return - trying to resolve through paypal now hopefully i will get my money back at least - but not my time or aggravation i have gone through with this

"I ordered a Gladiator Storage Bench (GAGB54SBYG) from Garage Organization. Besides the fact that they were the cheapest online reseller for this product, it was delivered in blazing fast speed. I expected it to come within 1-2 weeks as noted on their site but it arrived within just 4 days which was a pleasant surprise. Garage Organization has a nice product selection and great prices and I would definitely recommend them for future purchases."

"Nice looking and well organized website. Excellent customer service. I ordered two products that supposed to complement each other in my garage. The next day customer service representative called and explained that the products will not match exactly, color wise, He offered a better solution which turned out to cost even less than what I ordered originally.
As an online consumer it is very assuring to know that someone is watching and making sure I don’t waste my money. I cannot imagine the hassle of returning such a large product not to mention the disappointment.

"There was a problem with the manufacturer delaying shipping. But, the folks at Garage-Organization made a special effort to resolve the issue. In the end I received my order and am very satisfied with the product. The Garage-Organization management convinced me that they are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction."

"The experience with garage-organization has been my worst ecommerce experience to date. The company provided no order confirmation email---almost a basic function of a well run ecommerce operation--nor did they provide notification when the item shipped. It took an inordinately long 10 days for my order to ship. Customer service leaves little to be desired. They do not answer their on-site phone number nor did they return my email to their "customer service department." I cannot recommend this merchant."

A rep from Garage-Organization, garageorganization, has responded:

“Dear Mr. Fiorina,

You had emailed us on February 3, 2012 at 1:18pm. Your email was responded to on the same day exactly 1:29pm - that's 10 minutes after you emailed us.

It clearly states on our website that the item in question which you ordered ships within 7-14 business days. You had placed your order on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 10:07pm. Your order was processed the next business day which was Monday, January 30, 2012. If we count 7-14 business days your order should have shipped between Tuesday, February 7 and February 15, 2012. Your order was actually shipped via FedEx (tracking number 048839160203729) on February 7th, 2012 (earlier rather than later) via FedEx and you received it on February 9, 2012.

So basically all of what you are saying is completely untrue. Sometimes we are really busy with the phones but we always respond to emails very quickly. Our system sends out invoices and shipping notifications automatically and I would suggest you check your email spam box.

I don't understand why you would write something like this about us. We really take pride in our customer service and we do everything possible to make our customers happy even when problems arise.

"I ordered a large gladiator garageworks gearbox from garage organization. they had the best online price that i could find. shipping was very low for the size of the product i ordered and it came in under two weeks which is very good for this type of product. i communicated with them via email and they were extremely responsive and nice about the whole process - very professional!"
