"Received great customer service. When a product I had ordered was on back order from manufacturer, they let me know right away. The delay was not expected to be lengthy at first, but unfortunately, they notified me a second time about another delay when they received an update from the manufacturer. I appreciated them letting me know. They gave me the option of canceling my order, upgrading to another option at no additional charge, or waiting on my original selection to come in.
They have a great selection of products and their pricing and shipping fees are decent. I will be ordering from them again. "
"Seriously outstanding, Garage-Organization is too good to be true!
I was apprehensive about ordering my garage cabinets on-line and researched products and companies for a month. I had 3 different closet companies come out and got bids that were 25-50% higher for particle board cabinets. After reading numerous positive reviews about Garage-Organization and calling in twice to get their opinion I ended up ordering NewAge Performance Plus 20 gauge steel Locker Cabinets #36806 and the matching 5 Piece Cabinetry Set #36840. I ended up having the cabinets hung instead of freestanding on the floor and am very happy with the results. It took 2 excellent handymen about 2 hours to get them leveled and hung.
I did have some concealed damage and contacted Garage-Organization, they got the replacements out immediately and took care of everything to my satisfaction.
I am thrilled with the cabinets and would order them again and only order them from Garage-Organization. "

"I placed an order with them for a little over 1000.00 dollars. There was so much back and forth with the delivery as they could not come on a day that I was home (and they insisted that I be home), that I canceled the order. They were very uncooperative and nasty (Aviad) that it took 65 emails to straighten the mess out and he charged me 426.00 dollars return shipping and "restocking fees". That was 38 days ago and I still dont have the rest of the money refunded. Save yourself a headache........DON'T SHOP HERE! "

"This is a follow up review for a received order. When I received the cabinets 3 of 5 had minor damage. I posted this in my review for Garage-Organization (G.O.). I was going to call the manufacturer directly. Shortly after posting my review I received an email and a call from Avi with G.O. He explained that i should have contacted them directly and that they would assist in anyway possible to resolve the issue.
Over the course of 2 days and a weekend, Avi had gone above anything that i would have expected from an E-commerce business. "Wow! Talk about professionalism. I called in as I wanted to surprise my husband who was coming back home from Afghanistan. I called garage-organization.com among some online resellers. First of all they had the best and easiest to navigate website. A sales rep called me back within 30 minutes and helped me put together a kit that suited my husband's style and needs. “Kathy placed an order with us (Order 143905) on September 30th, 2015 for several items on Garage-Organization.com. Some of these items required her to be present to sign for them and some did not.
At first the customer's credit card declined but that was eventually sorted out. The customer's items shipped via multiple carriers as they originated from multiple warehouses.
The customer ordered 3 4-Tier Bronze Shelving Rack which arrived and accepted, 1 Double Folding Bike Rack, which arrived and accepted, 2 VersaRoll PVC Roll Floor 9'x20' (2.2mm Thick), which arrived and accepted, 2 6-Tier Rack Shelving units (Ships Via: Freight) which the customer refused and 1 Accessory Starter Kit 2 which the customer refused (the last 2 items shipped together.
The last items on the list required a freight carrier delivery which is clearly indicated on her order confirmation page and on the product page on our website - freight deliveries require an adult over 18 to be present and the delivery is scheduled ahead of time via a phone call - the customer was called and given options to schedule delivery.
Kathy spoke to a dispatcher and told the dispatcher who works for JB Hunt (Elandra) that she wants to cancel the entire order and delivery while she had already received the majority of the items - her grounds were that she was not aware that the items would be coming from several warehouses (very common) and that she would be required to be home for delivery of the rack shelving units while that is very very clear on our website and her order confirmation email: "Some items will consist of multiple tracking numbers as they are shipped from different warehouse locations."
Kathy insisted she cancelled the order with the dispatcher who works for the freight carrier JB Hunt - not for Garage-Organization.com - we explained this to her very very clearly but she wouldn't have it - she just decided to refuse the freight portion of her order because the carrier would not deliver those items outside of normal business hours.
We explained to her that you can't cancel an order that had already been shipped and while she had received the majority of her order already - we told her that if she wants to she can return the items but there would be a restocking fee and she would have to bear return shipping charges since this was a clear buyer's remorse case and her reason for return was illogical.
All of our calls are recorded and we have recordings of the customer being rude and obnoxious over the phone to one of our customer service representatives, as well as a statement from the dispatcher that she was treated poorly by Kathy who spoke down to her and insulted her over the phone. The customer was impatient and rude while we tried to resolve the situation with her.
Kathy insisted on having the items she had already received returned to our warehouses. We provided her with return freight quotes, return shipping labels, arranged for the items to be picked up from her house and so forth. Kathy agreed to bear these charges.
Kathy then disappeared – a few days later she told us that she has to travel to Canada for personal reasons, which was fine - we told her that we understand and that she can ship everything back when she returns. The items to be returned were shipped back on the week of October 26th. One of the items is still missing and has not been returned to this day but we did refund the customer minus return freight charges and restocking fees anyway.
We were EXTREMELY clear with her about what the charges are going to be prior to arranging pickups for everything and Kathy agreed to these charges! She was baffled as to why it was so expensive to return items that weighed several hundred pounds... when we clearly explained this to her in several emails before she agreed to the terms. We had to repeat ourselves 3-5 times for every email (it was like she did not read them) and she approved having the items returned for those fees.
We are an extremely reputable company and we have been doing this for a very long time. Too bad you can’t leave negative feedback for a customer because I would say to any online retailer out there not to sell her a thing – nightmare of a customer! We had responded to over 60 of her inquiries within minutes and she was not satisfied with a thing we did for her - just one of those people who refuse to be happy with anything or anyone.”
