"This is the third one of these covers I have purchased from Garden Winds. We live in Southern California. Our cover stays up year round. Heat, rain and wind. We seem to get about 2 year life out of them. I'm glad I found Garden Winds. If I hadn't, we would be like 90% of our neighbors who end up throwing away their canopy. Or worse yet, leaving it up with shreds of the old one flying in the wind..."
