"When I ordered my cushions I pushed the wrong color and an hour later tried to change it and it wouldn't let me, I know your thinking why so long in between, well life happens. This order was placed on a weekend and when I realized that it wouldn't let me change it I called Customer Service and got the run around. First I was told you only have so long to change it and when I told her my story then it was something else. So I realized it didn't matter what I told her my order wasn't going to get changed and I was stuck with the color and I had purchased a rug prior to this order that I was trying to match that I had paid 150.00. Two of the cushions have imperfections and I talked to the Manager and was told I could take a picture of it and send it to them, bottom line I'm not satisfied with the product or the way they handle business. It is the only website I have EVER used where you couldn't EDIT your order."

"Even though the canopy that we recently purchased was supposed to and advertised to fit our existing gazebo frame, there are several issues where it does not (in assembly) and it is clear that it was designed for another frame of similar size. It is 90% adequate and on the frame, so we are keeping it, but probably would have not ordered thru here and just gone out and bought an entirely new gazebo with the existing issues in the top of the canopy."
