"I ordered a replacement top for my canopy and they sent me the wrong one. I called and talked to a young lady and she told me I had to give her the model number. She said the number I gave her was not right, but guess what it was the right number as I went back on line and was able to reorder it from there. People need to pay more close attention to what they are doing and I wouldn't have to reorder."

"Only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is I haven't put it up/on yet. Been raining a lot and very windy. Can say this shipping was fast, site very user friendly, very easy to use. Will be ordering again need canopy for my swing, but it will be a while. Will update my review once I'm able to put the canopy on the gazebo. Material is heavier then the original canopy, so really hoping it will last longer then the original. Wish there was more color options for my gazebo canopy then tan, but that's ok."
