"Customer service rates a 5. The product, great fabric, was not made for a pergola. There were no ties, couldn't anchor it and weighted rods were not enough to keep it in place. The first rain caused it to fill up with water and sag between sections and then after we emptied the water out by hand a gust of wind lifted it rods and all. What a mess."

"The original canopy that came with my Target Tivoli Gazebo was thin, ponded rain water due to it's improper fit, and was covered with this scary white powder than came off when you removed the canopy. The Garden Winds replacement canopy had none of these problems and looks like it will outlast the gazebo. Thanks!!!!"

After acquiring the appropriate measurements from our frame and researching their website I ordered the 10 X 10 universal replacement because that was what was advised. It did not fit our frame and the color was awful. It looked like a bright blue tarp. I am very disappointed because they sent a UPS return label but I will be charged $10 to return it. I will not use this company again!!! I don't recommend it."
