"It is not that I had a peoblem with service but the product was terrible. It is supposed to be a cover for a gazebo or purgula. It doesn't let the rain go through so it is just pockets of water weighing down the purgala. We had to put a few extra holes in order to put it up so it could be tied down not to blow away. I know you probably won't take it back because if the holes. I wasted $100.00."
