"Good experience with Garden Winds, but product is really flimsy. I can see pinholes through it which I know from experience will translate to rips after the summer sunny season. I've been replacing the cover for years, so I can see that the quality has really deteriorated over the years."
"Your wesite was easy to use, you shipped the item quickly and it was received in very good condition. The product itself was pretty disappointing as it had 2 small holes a little bigger than a big needle hole located near the top of the middle of the canopy along with a fabric blemish that was about the size of a dime. The holes look like it might be from where the small top center piece was sown onto the main canopy. I have purchased 2 other replacement canopies for Garden Wind previously and never notice any defects (these were pretty obvious when looking up at canopy). Garden Winds has also done a good job contacting the customer regarding feedback as this is second request for rating (I did not respond to the first request)."
