"I mistakenly ordered a Garden Winds cantilever umbrella canopy thinking I would receive the sunbrella canopy plus frame to fit a Costco cantilever umbrella. After ordering it, I called them and verified it was just the canopy, NOT the frame. They told me to deny delivery of the UPS package and when they received it, they would refund my order less a $10.00 fee. In about 10 days, they did exactly that. "When I ordered the canopy for my glider it showed out of stock. When I received the e-mail to rate my experience it had been 2 weeks since ordering so I called to see how the order was coming. I was told it would come but they won't have the spring shipments until April or so. It is a cover for an outdoor glider so I am not in a hurry. I asked if it would come for sure and received what sounded like a tentative yes. So I will wait and see. They are not supposed to charge me until the item is shipped.
I hope all goes well. The glider is about 5 years old now."
