"I ordered this cushion thinking it was a replacement to one I purchased at Lowes. When I received it I could see that it wasn't the same. The original had Velcro on the ties that adhered to the back of the swing. This one also is padded so full that when it got wet from a shower we had it was so heavy I couldn't pick it up by myself ! I called and spoke to Rochelle whom I have the highest praise for. She double check and said it was the right one, so I have no problem with the way she handled things she was very professional ,kind and caring. But my only avenue was to return it at a cost of $25.00
to me which I was unwilling to do. I have no choice but to live with it but will not be buying anything else from Garden Winds . I think you should rethink the way this product is made because if it gets wet it is impossible to deal with. So I will have to bring it in everytime I go out just in case it rains.
