"The canopies for our umbrella stands had been damaged by the weather and mice, so they looked pathetic, but the cost for replacing 3 of them was so expensive, so we kept postponing a purchase. While I was planning for an outdoor event at my house, I looked at our umbrellas and was embarrassed at what I saw. I placed a quick order and the canopies came within a couple days, in time for our event. However, one canopy was missing, as they had only sent 2. After a phone call to the company, they mailed the third canopy--no questions asked. Tell me how often that happens! I am very pleased with the quality, especially for the price, as they gave me a discount to begin with. We will see how these hold up over time, but they look great."
