"Original top needed replacing. Found this one and ordered. Delivery was fast. Installed easier than original because it is loose. Water pools in every pocket in between the rails. Not good. Also states waterproof yet it leaks through and the entire contents are wet. Will try waterproofing it. I will be buying a permanent hard roof gazebo next year. "

"I ordered what I though would be a good replacement for my swing 2 seater for a replacement canopy top. Didn't know the original Mfg. or where purchased so was difficult for me to really pick out one I thought would fit for me. No way to put it on the frame to hold it into place as I couldn't get the metal frame of the swing apart to try to get the canopy on it so I had to return it for a refund. Still don't know how I will ever get it replaced without enough info on the brand to go by. But I sent it right back and was notified the day they received it that a refund was being put into place for me right away. Fast service to get to me and fast service for the refund and notice they had received it back from me. I hope in the future to be able to purchase something else from this Company again. Thank you."

"Bought the riplock 350 for my big lots South Hampton model. 11x13 fits perfectly. It also came with the top piece, including the top netting. Slightly thinner material than original, so I wouldn't want less than the 350. Let's a little more light through. I bought two cans of scotch guard.. Really takes 3. Noticed a few drips from seams during a heavy rain, but not bad. I'm satisfied. Now that I know it fits, and I like it, I'll buy the package with the mosquito netting next time."
