"My husband and I brought a gazebo many years ago- clearance Home Depot. We live in AZ so we knew the cloth top would never last- but we bought it anyway. After 4 years it needed to be replaced...search on the Web found Garden Winds. I was so happy to find that we could still enjoy our gazebo in the fashion we bought it- a cloth top on it. A few weeks ago after a bit over 3 years....high winds (monsoon) claimed the top. So once again, out to Garden Winds to purchase. While price increased (as expected, like every thing else) I actually found (this time) more selection. Ordered and it was here before I knew it (matter of a few days). I have a neighbor who mentioned a friend how had a gazebo with top issues a few years ago....and I said I think I have a site that can help...... she was thrilled to pass along the information. I will continue to pass along the site to those in need. Thank you for supplying the replacements so our gazebo purchases can continue to be good ones."
"Haven't installed the canopy yet, but all information matches what I ordered. It appears to be well made, and will hopefully withstand the summer winds in my area. The website was easy to navigate, and the canopy arrived when promised. It's a bit pricey (3/4's of what I payed for the entire gazebo and that's why I couldn't rate it higher), but hopefully it will last longer. "
"As our gazebo is reaching 9 years old and we are on our third canopy, we were concerned that the gazebos life expectancy was coming to an end soon. Also, we did not anticipate the Garden Winds continued to produce replacement canopies our gazebo. Alas, Garden Winds continued to produce replacement canopies, and to our delight, they made a huge improvement to their product. The fabric was upgraded to “RipLock”.
Our only concern is that the screen material remained the same. Our previous canopy screens broke-down from the sun within 2-3 years. Two years ago, we had a canvas repair company replace the screening with a more substantial product. That cost about $80. It would be nice to have Garden Winds look into improving the screen materials in their products.

"Received our Universal Swing Sling on the date promised. The only gripe is no instructions. I referred to the product video for installation instructions, but I had to figure my own way to keep the straps from slipping back through the buckles. However, it fit perfectly and we're swingin' again! Very glad to have found this product!"

"received canopy quickly....tried to put it on......wont fit......why? because it was made about an inch to small....9' 11"nstead of 10 x 10. Therefore grometts wouldn't fit at corners into bolts. Must be many many of these going out to unsuspecting customers. To return it would be a loss of our money for shipping .....deductions for this.....and that....etc etc. Bad to deal with. People......buy local.......not from this group of shysters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! F.U."
"Love it - we were able to find a replacement cover for the previous sturdy frame we had. This is well made, and fits well! We had ordered a whole new canopy , cover and frame, from another seller. It collapsed its first year in a thunderstorm, from the weight of the water that collected on the canopy !
We are so pleased to find a cover that the rain doesn't collect on, and fits our frame."
"We ordered a replacement canopy for any existing frame. Although we thought we ordered the right one, based on its description and what we needed, it didn't fit. That part was disappointing. However, the shipping box included a return FedEx label; all we had to do was repackage the canopy and drop it off to FedEx. For a $10 fee (which we understand will be deducted from the refund we expect to get) the item was returned to Garden Winds. Although we were disappointed that the canopy didn't fit, the return process was relatively easy; we are expecting a refund (less $10) in the next few days. "
