"We thought our order went as smooth as could be until the wrong size and wrong fabric came our way. We retract how we placed our order and find it was easy to do because of the way you have designed your website. Your website took us directly to the Lowe's replacement canopy site, showing us the canopy that LOOKED EXACTLY what we needed. Placed the order and low & behold a small box showed up on our door step. Without opening the box we new WE made a mistake. OUR mistake was SO EASY TO MAKE - bet we're not the only ones who have done the same !!!!
We called your customer service to help order the correct on and get reverse shipping charges and to get the correct product. This didn't go very well because customer service person reprimand me by telling me I should have looked at the correct size after I explained how EASY IT WAS TO ORDER THE INCORRECT ONE BECAUSE YOUR VISUALS APPEARED AS THOUGH I WAS ORDERING THE CORRECT PRODUCT. She told me I needed the model # which we did not have. I looked on Lowe's website and found the EXACT pergola, with model # TP15-048C - looked on your website no model # match up. Called your customer service, we placed an order BUT because the model doesn't exist in your system, this order STILL may not be correct. Customer service did wave my shipping charge for the new canopy that may not be correct - I LOST because I've paid for a shipping & return charges, plus the time its taken to correct - if it is.
I would have loved to give you much better marks, however I'm on the disgruntled side right now. Patti Pavlick"

"Overall the company itself did a good job. Unfortunately first item we bought was wrong so we need to send it back. No big deal right. No it's a big deal, you have to try and find a fed ex location or the right driver that will take it. Then there is no receipt that says they have it. Basically the return process is confusing and unreliable. Only bought the right item from them because I couldn't find it elsewhere."
"I expected the quality to be at least the same quality as the original.
When a manufacturer remakes any item they should correct any flaws or errors the imported item had. these two items were a lower quality from the original, especially the canopy. this canopy will not last more than one year, I give you my guarantee on it.
talking about the fit, it was almost a workout trying to fit the new cushion on the glide, it was so tight that it is sure to get ripped soon.
All in all, the quality is low and the workmanship is even lower. I am only keeping them because I will have important guests soon and I don't want them to see the glide seats all ripped."
