"When I placed my order on July 19, 2016 I asked when it would be delivered and was told by the sales representative that I would have it in seven to 10 days. I called customer service on August 2, 2016 and was told that this product was made overseas, had been on backorder and was expected to arrive at the distribution station on or after August 21. It would be another 7-14 days before I received it.
Since I hadn't been told any of the above information by the sales rep, even though I asked for the delivery date this has been very annoying. My hope is that I will be very satisfied with the product when it finally arrives."
