"The canopy was too small. You comment that not all fit but you don't give the top tier dimensions. If I had seen that the one I ordered was 36x36 I would have known it would not fit. I need 52x52. I am sending this one back as soon as the post office opens on the 5th. I am so disappointed I really wanted the riplock so I wouldn't have to the canopy every year. "

"First of all, the buying experience was good -- easy with timely delivery. I had the choice between two "good" and "better" quality products -- replacements for an outdoor canopy. I chose the "better" quality, and it is a higher grade material than the one I am replacing, and it came with grommets to drain rain water. But, there are about 1/3 the number of grommets than on the original, and the canopy's care instructions actually recommended adding MORE to ensure proper drainage. Who wants to bother adding more grommets? That's why I paid more for this higher quality product. Since they recognized the need, they should have finished the job in manufacturing. This is not the seller's fault, but it is annoying.

"Finally had some dry weather to set this up. Overall, this replacement canopy and screening seems better than the original! The only minor complaint is that it fits a bit too tight. We managed to get it on but had to wait for a bit to attempt zipping the last screen together. Will be applying waterproofing and we are hoping this lasts for many years to come!"
