"my mistake in ordering a umbrella replacement that I thought would fit my southern butterfly 9x9 offset umbrella. but was told by customer service to repackage the canopy and that with no hassle my money would be returned. hoping to hear from garden winds that they may just happen to have a replacement for me. otherwise customer service was very polite and instructed me of how to return the package."

"I bought the universal cover to fit the 108" x 202. Very cheap material. I thought for that price the quality would be better. It also is completely waterproof unlike my last one. So it pools the water at the top of the pergola. Which is a pain to pull each side after the rain and try to dump all of the water out! I ended up putting eyelets in the corners and making tie backs for the cover so it would stay down (even with a bar) because it was just way to light, like a shower curtain material. Otherwise the website was very fast with shipping. They shipped within the hour of my purchase. Hope this helps the next person with their decision. "
