"Bought the canopy based on their website suggestions on my style of Gazebo...needed the canopy and netting. Upon researching, other customers have bought the same canopy but it did not fit their gazebo. This gazebo has extended posts on each corner and requires a little bigger than a standard 12x10 canopy. The company should know this. I am disappointed in GardenWinds not having the correct size and suggesting a canopy that CLEARLY does not work. I give four stars because the process to return and get credit went smoothly. Caveat Emptor. "

"The canopy we ordered was exactly what we were looking for. The material is good quality and is not see through, which is what we wanted. I would definitely re-order when from Garden WInds if we need a replacement in the future. But I'm thinking this one will last quite a few more years than the one I replaced.

"I went to the website to order a 3 tier canopy. I couldn't find the replacement number.
So I ordered the one I thought would fit. It did not.
I then called the office in Benicia. A very helpful Lady answered. She was very helpful, friendly and I could understand what she said.
I would give her 5 gold stars!!!!! And she got me the right canopy.

"We were looking to recover our gazebo but the company we bought it from has changed there design & thus the replacement covers don't fit any more. This cover was a bit more expensive than the one previously available from Canadian Tire but the quality of the fabric is far superior. The velcro straps have lots of length so you can tighten the cover in all the required places. Looks good & we are very pleased. Also, duty & taxes were already figured in so it shipped right to our door."
