"Ordered a replacement canopy for my 3 seat swing, and received the wrong one TWICE! It has cost me 20 dollars so far in returns shipping. The second one I ordered wasn't even the right item number. I was very disappointed , seeing as I had a family get together, and a number of my guests were seniors, and I knew they would enjoy swinging in the shade... But that didn't happen."

"Love my replacement canopy. Easy to install seems much sturdier than my last one. I did get the wrong size for the top secondary cover still we couldn't wait to return and reorder. We did rig it so the top is on just not lifted. It will do just fine for now. Not willing to spend extra money on the right one. Not your fault. I'm happy with your service. "

"lots of talk how great this canopy is. Not, we can not get the last corner on AT ALL !! The only keeping it because ,the one we took off was a replacement for the original . We purchased that one 5/21/15. By the end of the season, the waterproofing had completely washed leaving a white residue all my deck. Now this one won't fit !!!!"
