"I am pleased with the service when I purchased this replacement canopy. It arrived on time as promised. However, I am disappointed in the original canopy cover. After only 2 years of service, it is beginning to develop small tears and holes all around it, especially near the lower edges. We cover it with a large tarp in the fall and don't uncover it until spring in order to try and protect it from harsh weather and to keep it from developing mildew from being constantly damp from rain and snow. We can only hope that this new canopy cover lasts longer"
"Received the replacement awning with no troubles at all... a day early in fact. This is our 2nd replacement awning through no fault of the manufacturer... we live in a very, very windy spot and it wreaks havoc on these canopies, but I love the style so much I feel it is worth the replacement every 2-3 years...

"The aluminum corner eyelets are paper thin and rip out of material at any attempt to pull them over the corner posts. All four, corner eyelets bent, folded, crumpled and otherwise made themselves useless as they fell out of the material with the slightest load. With all four corners now ripping on the corner posts after a week. I'll be sitting in the sun and rain under my NEW shredding Garden Winds top."
