Senior citizens do the job themselves .

"I was amazed to receive it so quickly. It fits very snug, had a bit of trouble getting it over the fourth corner, so we let it sit overnight and finished the next day. We are 76 and 83 and we did it all by ourselves. We were so happy to find you so we didn't have to buy a new frame too."

Great communication with the help desk!

"We bought a gazebo from JCPenney 4 years ago and it stayed up on our back patio for the whole time. When it finally gave up and ripped apart on a very windy day we found a replacement at Garden Winds. We were a little confused about the size of the replacement and ordered one that was a little too small. I contacted the help desk and had a very helpful encounter with the person I talked to. I was also thankful that he spoke without an accent and could understand me as well. I was able to get the problem resolved quickly!"

Didn"t fit

"Despite looking feverishly over the past two years for replacement canopy we still didn't get the right one. I don't know if it's the fault the company that made the gazebo but it is impossible to find a replacement canopy that fits"

Replacement canopy search

"Happy that the replacement canopy was available through Garden Winds however we have yet to receive the order. On apparent back order and are not expected to receive this canopy for 6-8 weeks. By that time, summer is half over. This seems to be only site that has the particular replacement. (we purchased at Zellers about 6 years ago). Until then, we wait and hope it arrives sooner than later. "

Disappointment of handling by customer service

"I ordered online a replacement canopy and followed the directions of where was it bought etc. Checked again based on the model and order the canopy. When it was delivered we found out it was a replacement for a two level.
Called customer service and explained the situation but got a response that I had ordered online and I have to pay $45 to send it back and order a new one. The lady said the one level copy was not sold in Canada. So I think this is an error from Garden Winds since I never had an opportunity to order the correct one. Then the lady said you should have called us. To my point, why have a website with the wrong information to order and I should call in.
To only positive point was the delivery was quick

"My old copy ripped. I ordered a replacement from Gardiner Winds and got it quickly. It went up easily and looks great. "
