Great Customer Service

"I ordered the wrong cushions for my swing and retuned them. I called customer service after five working days and asked them how long it would take to credit my account. I was told it should have already be credited and after checking my account, I was told she would get ahold of the Returns Department and have them credit my account. I received a e-mail stating they credited my account that evening. I have never before had this fast service from any company, plus the customer service representative was very pleasant and helpful. I plan on ordering from this company again. I was told the cushion I needed would be in in 2 months."

Love the follow through

"Love it when a company does what they say they will do and they did! We ordered a replacement canopy, it came right on time with tracking all the way. We put it up it looks great, actually better than the original. I'd suggest buying a canopy from this company any day."

"The process was great. This is, in no small part, thanks to the customer service people. They were great with assiting in figuring out what cover would fit the gazebo the best. The video with tips on fitting a new gazebo cover on to the gazebo (instalation) was a huge help too. Also, the cover looks great and is a superior quality to that of the original cover. Thank you"

Better Quality

"I purchased the stronger RipLock canopy replacement this time and there is a big difference. Three years ago I replaced my canopy with the first version of this and it only lasted two years. This is stronger and it cleans easier. It's so darn expensive though, so I plan on making it last by removing the canopy on windy days. I gave it four stars because in addition to it costing too much, I couldn't fully fit it over my swing. I think it is because my swing is older and the metals are further apart, but I fear that if I stretch the canopy to fit it might tear."

Summer, here we come!

"This is the second or third canopy from Garden Winds. They are the only ones that carry a canopy for the brand of gazebo that we have owned for almost 9 years. With our Ohio weather, we expect our canopy to last 2 or 3 seasons. Other than the canopy being a little tight when being put on the gazebo, we've been happy with the product. As long as the gazebo stands and as long as the canopy lasts 2 or 3 seasons, we will continue to purchase from Garden Winds."
