"Service is really quick. This is my second purchase from Garden Winds, and both orders were delivered within 2 days. Where I'm a little less satisfied is the price increase by $70 for an Item that was less than $100. Plus, the RipLock did not stop the conopy from ripping at a few places just after a few months use. So I'm wondering about the product quality too. Price/Quality. I'll have to think again before I buy from Garden Winds."

Corner pockets should be deeper and reinforced for durability.
It took two men to stretch and pull the fourth corner pocket in place
The tension over time will result in failure.

"Ordered a new canopy and it was delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately, there was a small flaw but when I contacted the company they were quick to respond to my questions and I opted for a new canopy instead of a 50% discount. That too was delivered within 2 days. Very pleased with the new canopy, however, to me it appears more golden brown as opposed to dark brown. Either way I am happy."

"Customer service was over the top. My last order was three years ago and the product survived with no pampering 12 Northwest seasons. I upgraded the material for the replacement and did the recommended tip of adding a water repellant product. I am concerned with securing the canopy as there are many FEWER hook/loop . Part of the satisfaction of my previous model was the placement of the hook/loop tape located every possible 8 inches which aided greatly in keeping the surface taut. So I did alter my unit by sewing my own tape on, doubling the total amount. Avoiding creating a NW rain bucket hopefully is averted. Perhaps I should have written this review after our famous rain honored us. "
"For the price the canopy looks cheap. We will see how it stands up to sun and weather. This canopy did not fit my frame. I had the right part number etc. It should have fit. I had to cut the ends of the frame off by a couple of inches each for it to fit. "

"I've been looking for the last couple years for a cover to replace the 10 year old cover on our Pergola from Menards. They don't even sell the pergola anymore, so any help from them wouldn't be happening. I finally found this cover and it's an exact fit for our pergola! Everything about it is the same as the original, with the exception of one little grommet hole for the screw to attach it to the glide bar when opening. My husband just put a little hole in it and it worked perfectly. I'm going to order another one, so when this one is destroyed by the wind and weather, I have one to put right back up! Thanks for making it!"
