"The gazebo curtain panels are very good. The small plastic fasteners to connect the panels to the gazebo cross bars are very cheaply made. Three of them broke just trying to attach them. I went and bought some metal shower curtain brackets (more expense). Good candidates for product improvement!"

"Ordered a new replacement canopy for our swing. It is made of the Riplock fabric.

We tried and tried to install it on all four corners, but it appeared to be an inch short...so it is only installed on 2 corners and tied down in the back. Very disappointed and also saw tiny holes near the end sleeves. "

"I ordered replacement cushions for a Teak outside furniture set that we purchased from Sams Club. They arrived much sooner than expected. We got a duplicate cushion which was easily and quickly exchanged. The cushions are good looking though the fabric doesn't look like it will hold up at all, thus the title. They are VERY firm cushions, and maybe they will soften up a bit with use. Again, time will tell. The only issue so far is that the straps on the ottoman cushion to hold the cushion in place is not placed correctly and makes it tricky to strap it down in the correct place.

"I knew right where to go for a new canopy, just when I was ready for a change!
It was time for a new look, so I went into my archives of when I bought my last cover, and was pleased to see this company was still kicking out the canopies for the Target Gazebo I purchased in 2007! (The last canopy (sage) - from Garden Winds - was on for 5-6 years, and still had a little life in it - but the UV Rays did a number on the mesh material) - the original canopy only lasted 3 years...
Anyway, I was pleased with the selection of colors and quality options available.
I chose the Cinnabar this time, and it looks awesome. I noticed the fabric has what appears to be a better quality this time as well. And, instead of mesh tie downs, they've used fabric, and that should be better too. (because that is where the mesh weathered most.
I also was impressed that GW took the time to point out that there is a difference in size of the Top Tier of the "Summer Veranda" and the "Madaga" Covers! ~ I made the mistake of buying the wrong size replacement (from Target) earlier this year....
Delivery was great. It was here within 5 days and now we are ready for Summer!

"I was very dissatisfied with this recent purchase. I order the canopy/netting onine. The next day I got an email stating my order was shipping that day. Two days later I got another email stating the item I ordered was out of stock. How does it ship one day and 2 days later is out of stock. Obviously it didn't ship on the day they stated. I was expected this to come in in time for a graduation party I am having for my daughter in June. It is back ordered until the end of June, after the party. I was very unhappy with is experience."
