"I was sent a top with holes in it, and it leaked when it rained I was told I could have a discount or send me a new top which is ok then I was informed that it would fulfill my warranty. that is just CRAP I was sent a bad top to begin with i'm in retail when you replace a bad product the customer has a a warranty I was very disappointed with the way this company does not care about it's customers. and after all that the top is not any where near the quality of the top of the original that lasted me 6 years. this new top is already sagging and loseing it's shape after only two weeks very thin material I hope to get a season out of it, and yes the second top leaked to just an all around lousy product"
"Ordered a new roof for my 10x12 gazebo from BJs Wholesale and the order was received and an email confirmation arrived soon after. Product is as described and fit as well as expected (looks like it was cut from same pattern as previous 'lesser quality' top I'm replacing after 3 years). Not the greatest fit when it comes to the cutouts around the support brackets, but that's minor compared to needing to replace the whole unit if a top was not available. The material is quite nice (the multilayer rip-stop kind) and am hopeful it will last for quite a few years. I would recommend to others."
