"This is the second canopy that I have ordered from this seller. Unfortunately this last one is just a bit too large even though the dimensions listed on the packing order are the size I require. (10' x 12'). The hooks are too large and do not fit into the holes. I am very disappointed with the sizing. If I cannot find a canopy that fits the frame, I will have to buy a new gazebo. "

She looked up the address and figured out what the previous owner had purchased, the model number etc. and then helped me figure out what to buy. This type of service is hard to come by nowadays. "

"The replacement cushion is 9 inches deep in some spots, way to "fat" to sit on and impossible to get to sit right on the swing. Trying to return it but it cost $40-70 to ship it and that is half the cost of the cushion!. Hopefully, their customer service department will be able to assist. Still working on it......"

It fit like a glove and looks even better than the original.Thank you for such great service and offering such a quality product. "I bought the love seat replacement cushions for Rolston Love Seat (2 backs and 2 seat cushions). The fabric used apparently is from 2 different dye lots. 2 of the cushions are noticeably lighter than the other. I sent an email to customer service but didn't hear back. The return would be such a large box that I'm not sure it would be worth paying postage to return so I put throw pillows over them so it isn't so noticeable. "
