"I have no idea what the canopy you sent me fits, but it sure doesn't fit my shelter. I ordered a 10' x 12' this one is 10' x 10' & has no tie downs or hold downs. Not even close to mine. This is the second canopy I've ordered from you, the first one fit great but was damaged by weather so we had to replace again. Ordered this one back in March so I would have it ready to go and didn't open the box until today (May 21st /2016) when we were ready to put it up. I will now have to send it back & hopefully I can get the right one before the nice weather ends & I presume the cost of returning & receiving a new one will be covered by you? "When the original top was shredded by hail and rain I kept the remnants to use as a pattern and have a new cover made. My wife found this replacement cover and we ordered it.
The replacement cover is made from ripstop material which is much more superior than the original cover. The replacement cover fits snugly. We are delighted to have our Gazebo covered again. "
"I am overall satisfied with the service from Garden Winds in delivering the replacement Patio Swing Cushion. I was a bit disappointed though when I opened up the box the cushion was shipped in as there was no receipt or paperwork concerning the transaction or anything else. All that seemed important to Garden Winds was the payment for the item. I was able to track the item's shipment but when I happened to be at home when it was delivered, the deliverer didn't notify me by ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. The box the cushion was in was partly squashed. The cushion inside was just fine. I would like improved customer service to do business with Garden Winds again."
