"The Garden Winds website is great.....the price was good.....the service and prompt delivery was perfect. The product I received, however, doesn't quite fit my gazebo, even though it matches the exact model number. The top, smaller section of canopy for my three-tier gazebo, absolutely wasn't big enough. I tried turning it, prying it and stretching it to its limits but the dimensions were about one to two inches too short in one direction. My solution was to disconnect two of the gazebo roof supports and let them force up into the top holder about an inch further. This allowed me to stretch the top piece over the rods and it is secure. I could not, however, move the support rods back into their locked position. The tightness of the canvas, I'm sure, will hold it all in place. Overall, the canopy seems ok, now, but it doesn't look as well fit as the original. However, I do notice several nice improvements in the canopy and side screens that I think will result in longer life. So, having JUST finished the installation when I came to check my email and found this survey, it was very timely. One other thing, the directions say to remove the canopy when heavy wind and storms are approaching. That is hilarious. This job took me almost two hours with ladders and many tools along with some rather inappropriate language. I doubt anyone would ever go to the trouble of removing it each time a storm is coming, rather, do what the makers want and just buy a new one when the old one is ruined. Thanks. "

"Bought my gazebo 6 years ago. Only problem I had was the netting dry rotting, but I blame that on the location. Found the original sheet, order all new. The only down fall of the site is you can't order the netting separate from the rest, and the phone numbers and reorder sheet I had was a bad Xerox copy. But all and all, great gazebo and replacement parts are actually better than my original!"
"We ordered a replacement top for our canopy. The top came within a few days as promised, but when we installed it it was a bit too small. We couldn't stretch it enough to get on the final corner post. We didn't bother returning it because we didn't want to go through the hassle, but I'm sure it wouldn't have been a problem. This is the second top we have ordered for this unit. The first one fit just fine and only needed replaced because we didn't take it off before a big snow storm. I will order from them again, if I need to."
