"We received our replacement canopy within two days! We finally have our little hide away complete. However, we do wish you had color choices available for this particular canopy. Otherwise, it is perfect."
"I was eager and excited to find replacement cover for my gazebo that we purchased a few years ago. The shipping process was fast! When installing the new awning we noticed that there was holes all the way around the perimeter which we didn't have with our original awning. Now that it's been up a week now, we've had some rain, which has caused leaking on the inside of the cover. I'm not sure what the design of the holes is for l, but disappointing that we no longer have a dry place to hangout when the weather isn't the best.

"My Garden Winds canopies are great. I have one on my swing as well as my gazebo. I also ordered the futon type cushion for the swing. My only suggestion would be new, bright colors besides beige. That would make them perfect!!"

"I like it but didn't want the extension because my extension part on my Gaziibo is broken. Strong winds I guess broke it so I actually removed those extension arms. I didn't want that extra part. If you want the canopy you cannot buy it separately however you can buy the extension canopy by itself. As it is this cost is not cheap so I asked if I could purchase just the canopy and was told no. I looked into other options for replacement canopies and I bought this one because the reviews for any othet canopy like generic those reviews were not always solid good reports. I didn't want to risk it. So far the canopy has been doing fine but its been on for a week. Im just leaving this review because... A.) Garden Winds needs to sell the canopy by itself as they do the extension canopy by itself. They are not connected so this is possible. B.) I don't feel I should be charged shipping unless I put a rush on it. I paid almost $200 for this so why charge shipping? I was upset about that because we got this from Home Depot and they no longer carry this gaziibo so they couldn't sell me a replacement but they offer free shipping on $49 or more... Most companies do. So Garden Winds please work on that shipping. Many people may not buy because you charge. And C.) It would have been nice to have another option for color."
"Arrived on time in much smaller box than expected. Installed exactly as the original(snug). Material appears to weigh less than original but you can see the reinforcing rib structure and appears to be as tough. Hopefully I can get 3-4 years out of this one. Original lasted 3 summers. Overall very happy with this product and would purchase from this company again."

"Our replacement cover did not fit our frame despite being the same size, etc. We ended up cutting the ends of most overhangs in order to fit the top and the quality of the fabric is not as good as the original."
"I believe I am satisfied with the product but it is too early to tell. I was uncertain of the cost during purchase because I was not entirely clear on the shipping, handling, taxes, exchange, and possible duty. This was a mystery and I was disappointed since the last time I ordered from there I believe it was in Canada so I knew more of those things when I ordered. The product arrived very quickly and as far as I can tell there was not additional shipping and handling or duty but I will see. The exchange rate was very discoraging and I am not sure the rate charged was the actual exchange rate for the date of purchase. "
"I discovered that the canopy over our swing did not make it though it's third Michigan winter. I found a replacement at Garden Winds, made the purchase and within a few days it was at my house. The only thing else I could have asked for was to have it installed. Thank you from my 10 grandchildren. Now they can sit on the swing in the shade with their 'pa'."
